“Self Forgiveness alone is not enough…
Toxic emotions such as guilt, shame, anger, self-loathing, regret, bitterness, and resentment embed themselves deep within your field. They become the “enemy within,” acidifying your life, poisoning relationships, undermining health, causing all kinds of self-sabotage and destroying life’s golden opportunities.
Like ticking time bomb, the longer you wait to diffuse them the more at risk you are. Toxic emotions get stuck deep in your morphic field–your underlying blueprint for life–and eat away at you from the inside out.
Forgiveness alone is not enough to clear them from your field…
To successfully rid yourself of these deep-seated pools of toxic energy, you must create a state-change deep within your field that changes the nature of your quantum entanglement to one of gratitude and grace. Only in this way can you be truly free and open the doors to the life you want and deserve.” Dawn Clark, author. http://www.dawnclark.net
Putting it another way, if you chant the following mantras, you will clear your subconscious of these negative emotions:
The mantra pattern is Shantae Pra’shantae Sarva —– Upasha’mani Swaha
Invoking supreme peace, I surrender the quality of —– to its source in the higher and formless universal mind. Salutations.
Bhaya – fear
Krodha – anger
Mada – pride
Matsarya – envy
Kama – desire, lust
Shoka – grief, sorrow
Example: Shantae Pra’shantae Sarva Bhaya Upasha’mani Swaha
These are just a few of the 21 negative emotions that are listed in Thomas Ashley-Farrand/Namadeva Acharya’s book, Healing Mantras, which is available on http://www.sanskritmantra.com.
In Sanskrit, putting an ‘a’ in front of a word makes it mean the opposite. Ashoka is without sorrow. Abhaya is fearless. So doing enough of the mantras you need to work with in this set can take us from fearful to fearless, etc.
As with all mantra practice, do not expect to do just a few and get a result. We have these conditions for decades in this life and maybe from past lives, so plan to stay with it for a long time. These mantras are ones you may want to do a 40-day sadhana with for serious scrubbing out your subconscious, or you may wish to add 1 or 2 to your regular daily practice and for some time.
